DISCLAIMER
As a member of an organization, it is important for you to comprehend that a higher level of maturity is expected from you, and you should strive to role-play to the best of your abilities. You are held to a higher standard compared to ordinary civilians, and the consequences for any violations of rules within the server will be more severe than those for the general public.
ORGANISATION GENERAL GUIDELINES
1.
Prior to operating as an organisation, a request must be made through the Radium Gaming discord to Organisation Management.
2. All Organisation Management Team members are required to have access to any private organisation discords with access to all text and voice channels.
No information obtained from any private discord will be communicated or shared, unless it violates any organisation rules. Any staff members or Organisation Management apart of other gangs, will not be required to be given access. Any organisations caught double-discording during war, or creating and hiding an additional discord from staff will be disbanded. 3.
Organisation management team have the ability to prevent individuals from joining an organisation based on their punishment history. If a player is required to be removed from an organisation, the organisation management team will be in contact with the leader. 4.
If you are a TAGGED member of an organisation which disbands, you must wait 2 weeks before being able to join a new one.
If you are a TAGGED member of an organisation which you choose to leave, you must wait 2 weeks before being able to join a new one. 5.
Organisations will elect a leader who is required to police the compliance of their members with the organisation guidlines. The activties of every tagged member will reflect on the organisation and as such the organisation will be held responsible for their actions. Rulebreaks will reflect directly on an organisation, Radium staff will assess the situation and assign strikes accordingly for both members and organisations. Individual members will receive strikes based on their conduct as well as Organisations who will also receive strikes based on the conduct of their members.
Receiving 3/3 of either strike will see the gang disband or member prevented from joining another organisation permanently.
6. The maximum number of members an organisation is permitted to have is dependent on their level.
The MAXIMUM number of members in an TRIAL organisation is 12.
The MAXIMUM number of members in an LEVEL 1 organisation is 16.
The MAXIMUM number of members in an LEVEL 2 organisation is 20.
The MAXIMUM number of members in an LEVEL 3 organisation is 24.
7.
There is to be no hostility or shooting at public business locations (Hospitals, Dealerships etc.). Individuals cannot run to these zones to avoid hostile RP, doing so allows pursuers to remove
you from said location. Doing this consistently will result in additional server punishment. 7.
You cannot KOS at illegal businesses or crafting locations. Extend the roleplay to involve robbing and or kidnapping, integrate it into a larger scenario. 8.
Characters that are members of Australian Federal Police, Ambulance New South Wales or New South Wales Police may not also be members of criminal organisations. If conflict occurs between your organisation and another organisation whilst on another character, you must avoid the conflict to the best of your ability. Logging in to another character during active conflict is permitted, however those found targetting opposition will find themselves removed from their organisation and civilian job. 9.
Civilians are permitted to conduct heists and illegal activities with organisation members, with the exception of hostile RP towards other organisations, police or organisation based activities. ORGANISATION HOSTILITY GUIDELINES
10.
Organisations are permitted to have business relationships with each other, but are prohibitted from joining forces in conflict.
Organisations are prohibitted from simultaenously targetting the same organisation with another group with the intention of creating overwhelming pressure and inability to play the server.
11.
Organisation hostility must be initiated verbally and have significant prior RP behind the shooting / kidnapping. This excludes conflict where there's a mutual agreement between both parties that there is a peroid of KOS for all tagged members.
Kidnapping must only involve organisation members, civilians and un-tagged members must not be interferred with. 12.
There is a reasonable expectation from the Org Management Team that the hostilities will be proportional to the issue / disagreement. If an organisation is attempting to take over a market, it can extend across multiple days and potentially escalate into conflict / war if no resolution is found. This also applies to minor issues they should be resolved quickly otherwise the organisaiton management team will step in.
13.
Blueprints / Markets / Colours - An organisation cannot be drawn into conflict / War, simply for owning a blueprint, market or colour. You may camp crafting locations and kidnap members to interrogate them for information with reasonable grounds. Solid proof in RP is required to initiate this type of hostility. This means you cannot indiscriminately kidnap all organisation members to discover what blueprints they have or markets they control. Organisation colours can be fought over if agreed upon by both parties, a ticket is required to be submitted where the details will be discussed with the leaders.
14.
Organisation vs Organisation hostility - Hostility in any capacity against another organisation is prohibbitted without being in org colours, this includes vehicles.
Only tagged org members are permitted to engage in hostility against other orgs. The only time this is not required is when visiting illegal businesses and crafting locations, where you can go in "UNDERCOVER / BLACKED OUT". If two organisations have identical colours, the org management team will need to be consulted to come to a resolution.
15.
Untagged members of an organisation are prohibitted from engaging in any form of org related hostility (CONFLICT / WAR). They're also prohibitted from wearing organisation specific clothing during these periods of hostility (kutte's, Tac Vests, Stab Vests etc.).
Untagged members of an organisation are allowed to gather intelligence, give callouts on locations, picking up downed individuals. However, this enables opposing organisations to hold you up and rob you. Untagged members can attend meetings between organisations, but are prohibitted if there's an intention to make it hostile / shoot. 16.
If you are killed or downed in a hostile organisation scenario, you are prohibitted from re-engaging in that scenario entirely as well as any hostility for atleast 30m.
The 30m timer applies from the time you are saved by Ambulance Victoria, taken to hospital by a friend, or respawn in hospital. (Being Downed applies to - falling off a roof, being killed by a fellow org member, falling out of a car, bleeding out, etc.).
After you are killed or downed, remove your shirt as well as all organisation clothing, this prevents opposing organisation from doing any hostility towards you for the 30m period.
17.
If a Tagged member of your organisation is taken hostage and you decide to refuse to negotiate with the captor, they will have the ability to place a request to have the individual "Hard Permanently Killed (PK'd)" and have their character slot deleted.
The demands must be reasonable and relate to the basis of the hostility. If either party refuses to negotiate the Org Management Team will step in to create a resolution. 18.
If a Tagged member wishes to leave or is kicked from an organisation they must understand they can be Soft PK'd with no application. In severe cases organisation leaders can submit a request in a ticket to have the individual "Hard Permanently Killed".
This will need to demonstrate exactly what they have done with proof, and involves having the character slot deleted. You cannot give an individual tags with the intention of setting them up and then submit a request for a PK.
Once an individual is untagged they cannot change their mind and submit a request at a later date to PK someone.
