Primary Roles and Responsibilities
ATLAS will:
- Supply a competitive trading product as required for each agreed territory.
- Set up markets, manage resulting and bet settlement.
- Maintain the uptime of the site and platform to an agreed SLA.
- Offer second-line customer support.
Operator will:
- Market the service and acquire the customer base.
- Offer first-line customer support.
- Maintain an appropriate licence for the Territories.

Terms
Revenue share to be invoiced on a retrospective monthly basis and will be billed on a
territory-by-territory basis, not as one collective revenue share as one collective revenue
share.
Additional territories will be segmented for reporting by URL and IP.
Any additional work will be delivered at the standard ATLAS Time & Materials rate.
Development Process
A reasonable estimation of development work for delivery of an MVP is approximately
three weeks.
A full technical scoping meeting between the ATLAS development team and Operator
will take place to determine full requirements and responsibilities.
The ATLAS senior project manager will deliver a fully detailed project plan with
timeframes and key delivery dates ahead of starting development.
Future bespoke roadmap work to be discussed and costed at a later date.
