The seminar facilitators requested the attendees to fill out an evaluation form before the session came to a close. The form required the participants to circle a number that matched their level of agreement with each statement. I recommend that the seminar be repeated for other students. 4 3 2 1 Out of the total participants who responded, 33 strongly agreed and 7 agreed that the seminar objectives were met and stated clearly. As for the seminar's organization, 30 strongly agreed and 3 agreed that it was well-organized. 30 participants strongly agreed and 7 agreed that the information presented was relevant and useful, while 30 strongly agreed and 3 agreed that the seminar was appropriate for the audience. Furthermore, 30 participants strongly agreed and 3 agreed that the speaker/s was able to address and answer all their questions, while 30 strongly agreed and 2 agreed that the speaker/s was knowledgeable and well-prepared. All participants strongly agreed that the speaker/s facilitated and prepared activities that were relevant to the topic. In terms of the speaker/s presenting style, 24 strongly agreed and 6 agreed that it was effective. The seminar was worth their time for 29 participants who strongly agreed and 1 who agreed. Finally, 25 strongly agreed and 5 agreed that the seminar should be repeated for other students. After they evaluate, facilitators asked their comments and suggestions regarding the seminar they conducted. Most comments were positive feedback and here are some of their comments: “None, I think the seminar/event is neatly done and speakers are well prepared ^_^” “Engaging the audience or more, adding q&a’s or letting the audience speak about their opinions” “None, all information is accurate and good” “Some infos stated differ from what written on the visual aids mean” “None, the seminar was great and relevant” The facilitators appreciate and welcome the feedback they receive from participants, as it allows them to evaluate their performance and identify areas for improvement in future seminars. Participants' willingness to provide honest feedback is particularly appreciated, as it helps the facilitators to understand what aspects of the event need improvement. By using this feedback constructively, the facilitators can enhance the quality of their future seminars.
