Worksheet for Step 4: Evaluation question priority-setting
When brainstorming possible evaluation questions with your stakeholders, often too many questions are identified. This worksheet offers criteria to
determine which questions to prioritize for your evaluation. Use a simple priority ranking system to complete this worksheet: 1 = low; 2 = moderate; 3 = high.
The totals will not definitively say which questions to retain. Some lower-priority questions may provide descriptive information or context for the key
questions. If you don’t have enough information, plan to get the answers before you proceed. You may change the criteria or ranking system listed to fit your
needs.
