Not only that it is making a big name but also it is also becoming more than just a bank and that is because of more important strategy the transformation of digitals. The new HR digital strategy is helping the DBS bank to make every customer’s transaction less hassle and effortless by making used of its ambitious digital transformation. In the lesson I have learned that changes in technology is already understandable especially that we are living in the world where change is becoming normal for it help also the world to have an easy access to anything they need and thus people are aways adaptive in this kind of changes and so is the businesses. Just like for example in the technological environment which in today’s time becomes the easy way to process and make anything you need less hassle. Right now, traditional strategies are starting to be left behind by other costumers. In addition, even the recruitment and onboarding have also upgraded its process of finding an employee for being a technologically advance company also need to attract talents with best knowledge and high-end intelligence about the strategies. The demand of knowledge work & human Capital basically one of the reasons why DBS Bank have become the best to what it tends to be its main operation. Furthermore, I also like the ways that the bank has become an easy to process for I does not need to have a face-to-face transaction in your banking needs. It makes used of the advance technology to suit and accommodate to the societies demands. However before having this kind of process the DBS bank have also leveraging data for insights and idea by asking and employees and to predict what effective program or intervention is needed to change the views and way of work. Lastly, learning about how this bank make used of their strategies that leads them to prosper I have known that to build a better company you always need to give importance to your employees because they are the one that doing the job to work out what you build. That success does not come with being self-centered for it has something to do with how you train and treat what you have especially those people who is helping you. In addition, the company must be open for change for nothing is permanent in this revolving world and we call it trends in the nature of work wherein you are willing to join on what is in demand and accessed by many people and apply in in your business that is you cand be the driver of chance then be a trend setter. I can apply it also to my life by making it as a guide about how I work and do things in every situation especially because I am a psych students it is really important for us to be able to learn and know different strategies on how to manage or handle differences in the behavior of each person especially in the future on how I am going to deal with my client.
