When you apply the principles of self development and you developed yourself you will become more or better equipped to achieve your goals and dreams in life and when we say equipped you can create the best future that you really want for yourself. Self- Direction - the ability to make your own decisions and organize your own work rather than being told what to do by other people the ability independently to plan, initiate, problem solve, organize, and carry out a goal-directed activity. From an educational perspective, self-direction in students is a desirable trait. Self-directed students are more effective learners with a stronger commitment to life-long-learning. And by valuing your self-direction this can lead you to a better or greater retention of information on the activities that you are engage that allows you to experience relevant , interesting and fun .
