Teacher should assign homework for students
everyday
What do the students do after school everyday?
Homework must come out first. Homework is
necessary since we need to review what we learn and
then the knowledge will be remembered for us forever.
But it is hard to say that whether teachers to assign
homework for the students is good or not. Some
people hold the view that teacher is the person knows
the students best, therefore they should assign
homework for students everyday. However, I disagree
with this opinion for the reasons below.
Firstly, every teacher has lots of students in a class, so
that he or she can’t familiar with everyone’s degree.
You must be the person know that which part of the
lesson the teacher has taught you didn’t understand.
That is what you need to review in your homework.
So it is clear that we can’t relay on our teacher to
assign all the homework. For instance, when I was in
high school, I found that my Math teacher assign many
difficult questions, which I think, is too hard for me. I
know that what I need is the basic practice, therefore,
I do what I think is a short come for me. And because
of the suitable exercise, I got a good grade in the final
exam.
Secondly, if we don’t firm the good customs that
organize your own study plan by yourself, once you
leave the school, you will lose the ability to study. We
can’t have a teacher in the whole life, so we need to
learn how to study independently. That requires us to
not relay on our teacher too much. To learn to assign
for us is the first step to be an independent person.
What’s more, the homework assign by teacher is not
flexible at all. Everyday different people meet different
situations. We may have some emergence things to do
or don’t feel very well. It means that we need to
change our schedule flexible. It doesn’t mean that we
will give up doing our homework, but need a adjust.
So if the teacher assigns the homework for student’s
everyday. They can’t have any chance to schedule their
own life.
In a nutshell, I will reinforce my perspective that I
don’t agree with the view that teacher should assign
homework for students everyday.
