Limit for Wayfair: (my freind suggested that these are the limits) Wayfair £1500/ £2000 US/CA/UK/DE 1-10 items Step 1: Order something from Wayfair.co.uk and wait for it to arrive. If you order one item, there is no max limit. If you order a few, make sure they are all similar items so they arrive together and its believable they were damaged in the same way One you have received your item(s) Step 2: log in to your Wayfair account and go to your orders. Click the purple "Get Help" button under the orders you wish to refund. Under "What went wrong?" choose damaged/defective. Under "How can we resolve this?" choose Return item (full refund) Under "how did the package look?" choose anything. Under "What was wrong with this item?" choose any of the options and build a story in your head for what was wrong with your item(s). Under "Additional information" make sure to tick that you cannot disassemble the item and/or you cannot repackage the item. Describe a problem with it in the box provided. Say that the outer packaging was very wet and your item was damaged due to it or that the packaging was fine but the item was broken when you unboxed it or it doesn't fit together. BE CREATIVE Upload at least one photo of your item (Don't worry if it looks fine they won't check) or if you can find a photo of your product damaged online and adjust your story accordingly. But any photo is fine, honestly. Click continue. Review the information on the next screen and click Request refund... (You should get 3 options - partial refund, replacement and full refund) Because you ticked that you couldn't disassemble/repackage your item, you also get this message:
