Saints SportsFest Entrance Gate Times and Important Information For your safety and convenience, the festival is a cashless environment We will be making use of Snapscan All major debit and credit cards can be used for all ticket sales and vendors PREP FESTIVAL 30, 31 MARCH & 01 APRIL 2023 Thursday 30 and Friday 31 March 2023 • Access for all with 2023 windscreen stickers will be as normal through all the entrance gates • Gates will close at 22h00 Saturday 01 April 2023 • Tickets will be sold at all gates from 07h00 until 19h00 • Bishop Malinga (Peter Place), Corlett (Bram Fischer), Morolo (Hurlingham) and Epworth Drive Gates will be open for both exit and entry • All visitors entering the property will be required to pay at the gates (no cash payments), present a ticket or provide accreditation • The Old Stithian Gate will remain open for Higher Ground guests, for staff with 2023 windscreen stickers or staff access cards and for Uber/e-hailing drop-off’s and collections Saints Sports Festival Uber Drop Off/Collection • Please note that on Saturday 01 April 2023, all Uber drop-offs and collections will be directed to the Old Stithian Gate (Higher Ground/Medfem) • The Uber and drop off/pick up point is prior to entry to Epworth Drive • A ticket will need to be shown or purchased for entry or accreditation provided if entry to the Festival is required Higher Ground Access • Higher Ground access via the Old Stithian Gate will be restricted to Higher Ground guests and Akhani Residents • Pedestrian entrance from Higher Ground to the Festival will be via the Staff Entrance gate on Epworth Drive and guests will be required to present or purchase a ticket or provide accreditation COLLEGE FESTIVAL 05, 06, 08 and 10 April 2023 Wednesday 05 April 2023 • All St Stithians gates will be open as per normal gate times • Gates will close at 22h00 • There will be no charge for entry to the Saints SportsFest on Wednesday Thursday 06 April 2023 • Tickets will be sold at all gates from 07h00 until 19h00 (no cash payments) • • • • Gates will close at 22h00 Vehicles with a valid St Stithians 2023 windscreen sticker will not be charged entry until 13h30 A ticket will be required thereafter. (No cash payments) The Old Stithian Gate will remain open for Higher Ground guests, for staff with 2023 windscreen stickers or staff access cards and for Uber/e-hailing drop-off’s and collections All visitors entering the property will be required to pay at the gates (no cash payments), present a ticket or provide accreditation Saturday 08 April 2023 • Tickets will be sold at all gates from 07h00 until 19h00 • Bishop Malinga (Peter Place), Corlett (Bram Fischer), Morolo (Hurlingham) and Epworth Drive Gates will be open for both exit and entry until 16h00 • From 16h00, Corlett, Morolo and Old Stithian Gates will become Exit Only gates (to assist with traffic flow) • From 16h00 Bishop Malinga Gate will have three lanes open for exit and only one for entry • All visitors entering the property will be required to pay at the gates (no cash payments) or present a ticket or accreditation • The Old Stithian Gate will remain open for Higher Ground guests, for staff with 2023 windscreen stickers or staff access cards and for Uber/e-hailing drop-off’s and collections • St Stithians scholars in school uniform attending compulsory matches will not be charged entrance fee • Gates will close at 22h00 Monday 10 April 2023 • Tickets will be sold at all gates from 07h00 until 15h00 • Gates will close at 22h00 • All visitors entering the property will be required to pay at the gates (no cash payments) or present a ticket for entry until 15h00 or accreditation • The Old Stithian Gate will remain open for Higher Ground guests, for staff with 2023 windscreen stickers or staff access cards and for Uber/e-hailing drop-off’s and collections Saints Sports Festival Uber Drop Off/Collection • Please note that from Wednesday 06 April, 12h00, all Uber drop-offs and collections will be directed to the Old Stithian Gate (Higher Ground/Medfem Gate). • A ticket will need to be shown or purchased for entry or accreditation provided (unless it is a Saturday and students are in uniform).
