The title page follows the proper format & shows correct title and researchers’ names. 2. The approval sheet is presented in proper format & shows correct names of panel members, adviser, etc. 3. Certification of originality is presented in proper format. 4. The abstract consists of 150-120 words with 3-5 keywords at the bottom. 5. The abstract features the salient parts of the entire thesis e.g. problems, respondents, instrumentation, statistical tools, significant findings & recommendations. 6. The acknowledgement presents all people involved in the completion of study (e.g. thesis professor, adviser, validators, panelists, company, respondents, statistician, english critique, dean and others 7. The table of contents shows correct format and page nos. 8. The list of tables and figures are complete and show correct page nos. CHAPTER 1 Introduction 1. Topic/s being investigated are briefly discussed in the introduction 2. Brief background and nature of the problem/concern/condition and the company are mentioned. 3. The reason/s why it is necessary to conduct the study are given. 4. The introduction covers 2-3 pages only. Theoretical Framework 1. A theoretical paradigm is shown as Figure 1. 2. The paradigm is briefly stated mentioning the theoretical basis/bases of the study. 3. The theories are discussed concisely including its proponents. 4. It is explained how the theories support the study conducted. Conceptual Framework 1. A conceptual paradigm is presented as Figure 2 and is in proper format 2. The information under Input are presented in noun form. 3. The information under Process are complete and chronologically given. 4. The columns are of equal sizes. 5. The output given is specified and in title form 6. The feedback is properly indicated. 7. The paradigm is briefly discussed generally and by part. Statement of the Problem 1. The first paragraph includes a statement of the major problem of the study and expressed in a declarative sentence. 2. The sub problems are clearly stated in interrogative sentences, and enumerated including its sub-variables 3. The sub problems are given in right order. Hypothesis/Hypotheses 1. An introductory statement is provided that indicates whether the terms used are defined conceptually, operationally or both. 2. All important terms and variables are presented alphabetically. (acronyms and abbreviations are spelled out) 3. In two or more worded terms, only the first letter of the first word is capitalized, unless otherwise indicated. 4. Sources of conceptual or technical definitions are properly acknowledged and cited CHAPTER 2 Literature 1. There are at least 5 local literature given. 2. There are at least 5 foreign literature given. 3. All reviewed literature are copyrighted/published within the last 5 years 4. Only literature related in purpose and findings are reviewed 5. Each review are concise and direct in statement. (no more than one page each) 6. The APA authorized date or style, parenthetical citation, is utilized. Studies 1. There are at least 5 local studies given. 2. There are at least 5 foreign studies given. 3. All reviewed studies are copyrighted/published within the last 10 years 4. Only studies related in purpose and findings are reviewed 5. In discussing studies, critical analysis of the purpose, method of the study, principal findings and conclusions are given. 6. Each review is concise and direct in statement. (no more than one page each) 7. The APA authorized date or style, parenthetical citation, is utilized. Synthesis 1. An introductory statement is provided. 2. Several literature and studies are briefly compared to one another. 3. Similarities or differences among concepts and/or findings are discussed. 4. An introductory statement is given. 2. Detailed step by step procedures undertaken are provided. Statistical Treatment of Data 1. Introductory statement is given. 2. Statistical tools used are presented by problem. 3. Formulas of statistical tools are shown. 4. All other tools used (e.g. excel, megastat, SPSS, etc.) are mentioned. CHAPTER 4 1.
