LESSON PLAN

Week 8
August 30 – September 3
1. Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
a. identify school items
II. Subject Matter: School Items
Materials: flashcards, powerpoint, software
III. Procedure:
A. Introduction
 Simple greetings: Hello! What is your name?
 Checking of attendance
 Vocabulary Drill: schoolbag, book, pen, pencil, rubber
B. Motivation
 Sing songs related to the subject matter
C. Lesson Proper
1. Review the previous topic / subject matter to the students.
2. Presentation of the lesson
 Introduce the new topic/ subject matter
 Show them the video clip.
 Let the students listen to the video clip first.
 Let them review by playing and stopping the video clip to
make sure that they can speak and understand the topic /
lesson properly.
3. Activities
 Let the students speak chorally and or individually to
monitor the correct pronunciation and intonation.
 Encourage and allow the students to speak individually to
evaluate them.

IV. Assignment/ Homework:
 Let the students do the homework using the google form.

a. practise counting from 6 to 10
II. Subject Matter: Numbers 6 -10
Materials: flashcards, powerpoint, software
III. Procedure:
A. Introduction
 Simple greetings: Good day! How are you?
 Checking of attendance
 Vocabulary Drill: six, seven, eight, nine, ten
B. Motivation
 Sing a song related to the subject matter
C. Lesson Proper
1. Review the previous topic / lesson.
2. Presentation of the lesson
 Sing a song about numbers.
 Show them the video clip.
 Let the students listen to the video clip first.
 Let them review by playing and stopping the video clip to
make sure that they can speak and understand the topic /
lesson properly.
3. Activities
 Let the students repeat chorally and or individually to check
the correct pronunciation and intonation.
 Encourage and allow the students to speak by themselves.

 Vocabulary Drill: related to the subject matter
B. Motivation
 Sing a song related to the subject matter.
C. Lesson Proper
1. Review the previous topic / lesson.
2. Presentation of the lesson
 Evaluate the students by showing them the video clip.
 Let the students listen to the video clip first.
 Let them review by playing and stopping the video clip to
make sure that they can speak and understand the topic /
lesson properly.

B. Motivation
 Sing a song

1. Review the previous topic / lesson.
2. Presentation of the lesson
 Sing a song
 Show them the video clip.
 Let the students listen to the video clip first.
 Let them review by playing and stopping the video clip to
make sure that they can speak and understand the topic /
lesson properly.
