How effectively did your group work? My group did not have any issues working collaboratively and effectively. In the beginning, it was a little tough to find times that worked for everyone, but that is to be expected in any new team formation. We landed on a system where we could each work at our own pace and meet for reviews/next-steps. 2. Were the behaviors of any of your team members particularly valuable or detrimental to the team? Explain. Chris was willing to lead the discussion in plenty of our meetings, which helped us stick to the agenda. Everyone was flexible if changes needed to be made after being constructively criticized. 3. What did you learn about working in a group from this project that you will carry into your next group experience? How much I really prefer the independent, sprint-like tasks we broke the project into. This is the way I'm used to working in all my software development courses, and it's what I excel at. I will continue to push for this and to ensure all group members have a chance to speak their mind on any decisions.
