Industry
Hot Wings is a dine-in restaurant that has quality services and products that are offered to our customers
at ease. At Hot Wings, we strive to improve our reputation, not only to the industry, but to individuals as
well. Our industry’s first branch is found at a private property in Concepcion, Malabon. The region is easily
accessible for automobiles with four or two wheels, and there is a pedestrian as well as a public work
department ramp near the facility. Parking is available for four cars and eight motorbikes. The building was
recently renovated, the plumbing is working, there is a mid-high ceiling and laminated wood flooring, and
the location can accommodate extension or be adaptable with innovations. The location is easily accessible
to the targeted populations; there are schools and employers nearby, and the front of the building is
already on a road where public transit can be found. Adjacent businesses are not a danger since we offer
distinct products and services, and we are the only ones in the area who supply limitless chicken wings.
Upon research, our potential customer in this area comes in variety, millennials, families, professionals, and
passersby from their work. This is an outcome giving that the location is in the middle of a busy road.
Although the location is crowded, our restaurant assures that quality service is at hand and every order will
be done swiftly.
Our chicken wings are seasoned, breaded, and deep fried twice: once in high heat to crispen the skin or
exterior layer of the breading and once in low heat to fully cook the chicken. Depending on the order, the
chicken wings are stir-fried with the sauce after being deep-fried. It may be ordered with or without a side
of fries and drinks, as well as with or without rice or just the chicken wings. To make eating the chicken
wings easier, we supply disposable food grade gloves with our products. Customers can even order cutlery
if they so choose. Drinks for dine-in customers are served in disposable plastic cups, especially during the
holidays. During this epidemic, disposable plastic cups are used for beverages for dine-in clients. Hot wings
restaurant supplies exceptional food quality, and we aim to improve our systems, services, and goods such
as online ordering systems, delivery app partners, contactless payment, online table reservation system,
and notably online automated inventory system.

C. Waste Disposal
In every business and household waste management is important. Waste management in the kitchen and
dining area in restaurant is essential to properly place the waste and to ensure the health and safety of
every food that customer will consume in the restaurant. Not properly handling waste in the business can
cost them that can reduce the revenue of their business and every business don’t want it to happen. When
your business follows correct garbage disposal processes, you are helping to protect the environment. Food
waste that ends up in a landfill emits a lot of methane, one of the most harmful greenhouse gases. You
contribute to climate change by not properly disposing of your trash.
Restaurants are in the business of providing high-quality cuisine to their customers. Proper sanitation
standards, especially where food is made, go hand in hand with safe and sanitary food. When your business
is concerned about how food is prepared and recycles food waste properly, it benefits your customers.
Also, securing your employees' workspace and ensuring they have a safe area to engage in their activities
also translates to guaranteeing workplace cleanliness and proper kitchen waste disposal. Employees are
healthier and less prone to accidents, resulting in increased production. As a business owner, you may rest
assured that your company will continue to operate without running afoul of sanitation regulations.
