Narrative Report on Graduates' Deliberation at Mindoro State University Bongabong Campus A.Y. 2021-2022 Introduction: A deliberation for Mindoro State University Bongabong Campus graduates was held on July 28, 2023. The meeting's objective was to assess and evaluate the academic performance of the graduating students in order to establish their graduation eligibility. Attendance: Academic council members, deans of several faculties, academic advisers, and other relevant staff members, attended the meeting. There were 549 students that were eligible to graduate. Candidate Presentation: The applicants' presentation began with a brief introduction of each student. The name, major, and academic performance of the student were all shown. The academic achievement of the student was assessed based on his or her grades, attendance, and overall participation in academic and extracurricular activities. The academic council then assessed each student's academic records and discussed any concerns about their graduation eligibility. Deliberation: The discussion was done in a methodical and structured manner. The academic council assessed each student's academic records and held a lengthy discussion to determine their graduation eligibility. The council looked at the student's overall academic performance as well as engagement in extracurricular activities.
