Dehydration and Glycol Re-generation, associated offsite/utility/tank farm
(BOP) Project, Iran.

Thank you for your enquiry. The following scope of work is considered to prepare techno
commercial offer. Please confirm.

Process Design and Engineering scope of work and supply shall be issued by client.
Review/Checking/Validation etc., of the FEED documents provided by e-mail dated
4th May 2023 for the entire facility of the project.
3. Residual FEED engineering, Revision and Updating of the FEED documents provided
by e-mail dated 4th May 2023 for the entire facility of the project.
4. HAZOP/HAZID safety studies recommendations and ensure the close out action
report carried during FEED engineering.
5. Carryout process simulations for gas dehydration and regeneration, gas
compression, and for other associated facilities (BOP) if required wilt ASPEN HYSYS.
Process simulations for all operating cases will be carried out to generate heat and
mass balance (H&MB) and stream summary.
6. Basic material of construction (MOC) specified in FEED and package vendors will be
considered as final. No corrosion study and adequacy check of MOC is included in
scope of work.
7. Hydraulic calculations/line sizing for lines, rotating equipments using in house
developed EXCEL calculations sheets.
8. Design/sizing calculations of all vessels, drums, PSV’s, tanks, ponds, flare stack,
burn pits, utility consumption and summary, PSV inlet/outlet, sub-headers/headers
(flares, and other utilities) etc. will be carried out using in house developed EXCEL
calculation sheets.
9. Packed Columns, Tray Columns, Heat Exchangers thermal design will be carried out
using ASPEN HYSYS/ASPEN EDR softwares.
10. Designing and sizing of special internals like vessels/drums, column internals etc.,
will be carried out by respective manufacturer/supplier. Adequacy check and such
design are in scope of work.
11. Preparation/updation of process data sheets for all static equipments, rotary
equipments, process packages (like process gas compressors, dehydrator,
regeneration, filtration etc.), utility packages (like flare package, burn pits, air
compressor, nitrogen generation, boilers, fuel gas conditioning, effluent treatment
etc.).
12. Preparation/updation of Process Data Sheets for FIELD/DCS/PLC/SCADA
instrumentation and controls.
13. Preparation/updation for process data sheets for piping speciality items, and other
miscellaneous items.
14. Preparation/updation of Cause and Effect Matrix/Emergency shutdown
interlocks/process interlocks.
15. Preparation/updation of alarm and trip set point list.
16. Preparation of dehydration and regeneration systems operating manuals.
17. Support to other disciplines in preparation of material requisitions (MR)/purchase
requisitions (PR), vendor offers evaluation (offers limited upto three), technical bid
evaluations, selected vendor drawings, documents, process sizing calculations
checking and approvals, incorporation of final vendor information in process
documents etc.
18. Review of critical line isometrics checking, plot plan checking, equipment layout
checking, hazardous area classification drawings checking.
19. Process checking for 3-D piping models.
20. Participation in HAZOP/HAZID meetings during detail engineering. Close out report
for action points.
21. As-built drawings and documents preparation in included. However all clear markup shall be provided by construction contractor.
22. Meetings with client included. However, personal security and safety to be
provided.
23. Site supervision, commissioning and start-up assistance etc., are excluded from
scope of work.
24. All deliverables will be issued in PDF format only. Native (editable files) of
deliverables will not be issued during course of the project.
25. Three (3) revisions of drawings and documents will be considered during detailed
engineering.
26. Techno commercial offer with engineering fees quoted on USD (USDollar) will be
mentioned.
27. Review and study of Iranian Codes and Standards, client specific project
specifications etc.
28. Client shall inform project schedule for process design and engineering.
29. None of the activities (like preparation of drawings/documents e/approvals etc.)
for Iranian Government statuary bodies are considered in scope of work.
