INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONDUCTING DIAGNOSTIC TEST – GRADES 6 - 8
Checks
1. Exam can only be taken on laptop/ desktop with camera.
2. Student can scan the subjective answer script by using Microsoft Lens or Cam scanner
app in mobile or tab. The scanned files should be converted to single PDF file before
uploading.
3. Student should be able to transfer the scanned file to desktop/laptop to upload the file
in teams.
4. Student must check a day before if the exam team is available in his/her id e.g. (6A
MATH EXAM)
5. Students must know their user Id and password of special program and Microsoft
TEAMS.
How to take exam
1. Exam is strict time bound by section.
2. Students will have to attempt one section at a time and upload the Subjective answer
script.
3. Student cannot go back to the section once submitted.
4. Student can view the exam Blueprint for all subjects in their special programme login.
5. Students to join in the TEAM meetings with their video and audio on.
6. Students to ensure that they can see the TEAMS Assignment of all the sections for
uploading the answers before the commencement of exam.
7. The Diagnostic test comprises of 4 Sections which contains Objective and Subjective
sections based on a case study.
8. Students need to login to
SPECIAL PROGRAME >SCHOOL EXAMINATION> EXAM ONLINE > Take DIAGNOSTIC TEST
for accessing the question paper.
9. Students will be given code to open the paper of each section.
10. Student must upload files in correct assignment.
11. In case student does not upload in time the assignment will close and student will not
be able to submit that section. So, it is advisable to follow the time plan. Technology
assistance is available.
12. Late submission or direct submissions through email or chats will not be considered.
13. The mic and the camera should be on throughout the exam. If the student closes the
same, he/she will be disqualified from the exam.
14. Availability of Internet and any other resource is completely the responsibility of the
student. In no case a reexam will be conducted for such reasons.
15. Once the subjective part is completed students will upload the answer sheet in the
assignments created by the subject teacher in the exam team within the specified time
allotted for the sections.
