APRIL 3-7 ,2023
IIntroduction: From April 3 to 7, 2023, I had the opportunity to conduct
daily classes with two sections, Pearl and Zircon, as part of their
preparation for the upcoming exams. With the guidance of my
cooperating teacher, Mrs. Teresa T. Gallegar, I strived to cover all
necessary topics and ensure the students' participation and
cooperation.
Narration of Activities Conducted: During the daily classes, I engaged
the students in discussions and reviewed the topics they needed to
know for the exams. We tackled the most challenging topics, and I
provided them with examples and exercises to reinforce their
understanding. I also encouraged the students to ask questions and
clarified any doubts or misconceptions they had.
Personal Reflections: Teaching these daily classes was an enriching
experience for me as a future teacher. I learned that by providing a
conducive learning environment, the students become more involved
and participative in the class. It was also gratifying to see the students'
progress as they became more confident in their knowledge and
abilities. Moreover, working with Mrs. Gallegar gave me valuable insights
on effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and
assessment techniques that I can apply in the future. Overall, it was a
fruitful week of learning and growth for me as a future teacher, and I am
grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with the
students.

Week 5
APRIL 10-14 ,2023
Introduction:
During the week of April 10-14, I had the opportunity to conduct a
Summative Test for my Grade 8 students from Pearl and Zircon.
The test was designed to assess their understanding of the topics
we covered during the 3rd quarter in Araling Panlipunan. This
experience provided me with a valuable learning opportunity as a
future teacher.
Narration of Activities Conducted:
In preparation for the Summative Test, I conducted several days
of review and recitation sessions with my students. During these
sessions, we went over the important topics and concepts that
could potentially appear in the test. On the day of the test, I
followed the guidance of my cooperating teacher, Mrs. Gallegar, in
terms of proper conduct and administration of the test. The test
consisted of 30 items and was designed to assess their overall
comprehension of the subject.
Personal Reflections:
Overall, this experience was both challenging and fulfilling as a
future teacher. It allowed me to put into practice the teaching
strategies and techniques that I have learned in my education
courses. It was also a valuable learning experience for me as I
observed my students' strengths and weaknesses in their
understanding of the subject matter. This experience has further
solidified my passion for teaching, and I look forward to future
opportunities to continue growing as an educator.

Week 6
APRIL 17-21 ,2023
IIntroduction:
This journal documents my experience as a teacher reviewing and
preparing my students for their upcoming exams in April 19 and 20. As an
educator, it is my responsibility to ensure that my students are equipped
with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform well on their
assessments. I approached this task with dedication and enthusiasm,
aiming to motivate and inspire my students to excel in all of their subjects,
with a particular emphasis on Araling Panlipunan.
Narration of Activities Conducted:
Over the course of several days, I led my students in a comprehensive
review of the material that would be covered in their upcoming exams. I
focused on the topics that were included in the summative tests, as these
were likely to be the same as those included in the final exams. In addition
to reviewing the material, I also provided my students with emotional
support and encouragement, reminding them of their capabilities and
potential for success. Finally, on the day of the exam, I hoped and prayed
for each of my students to do their best, putting all their knowledge and
skills to the test.
Personal Reflections:
Preparing students for exams is a significant responsibility, and it requires
a great deal of effort and commitment. As I look back on this experience, I
feel proud of myself for the dedication and enthusiasm that I brought to
this task. Seeing my students perform well on their exams was incredibly
rewarding, and it gave me a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. At
the same time, I recognize that there is always room for improvement, and
I will strive to continue to improve my teaching skills so that I can better
support my students in the future.

Week 7
APRIL 24-28 ,2023
IIntroduction:
This week has been a challenging yet fulfilling one for me as a student
teacher. After the exams, I had to assist in checking the answer sheets of
the students and do item analysis, as well as recording their scores.
Thankfully, our cooperating teacher Mrs.Gallegar has been a great help in
guiding and supporting us throughout the process.
Narration of Activities Conducted:
During the week, my main responsibility was to help check the students'
answer sheets, which involved going through each paper, marking the
answers, and recording their scores. We also had to conduct item analysis,
which helped us to identify the difficulty level of each question and
determine the upper and lower limits of the students' scores. It was a
time-consuming process, but it was necessary to ensure that the students
received accurate scores. With the help of our cooperating teacher
Mrs.Gallegar , we were able to accomplish these tasks efficiently.
Personal Reflections:
This week has taught me the importance of attention to detail and the
need for accuracy when assessing student work. It has also made me
appreciate the hard work that teachers put in behind the scenes to ensure
that their students receive the best education possible. I am grateful for
the opportunity to work with our cooperating teacher Mrs.Gallegar, who
has been an excellent mentor and role model throughout this process.
Overall, this week has been a valuable learning experience that will help
me become a better teacher in the future.
