I, JALAL C. MACALONTO, a newly hired teacher at Baraason Integrated School,
Kauswagan District. I have the pleasure of working at my current station and have developed good
relations with fellow teachers, students, and, above all, our school head.
In the interest of service, may I request your good office for a TRANSFER OF
ASSIGNMENT from Baraason Integrated School to Sultan Dimasangcay Mananggolo Integrated
School for valid reasons based on the DepEd order no. 22, 2013. I am a bonafide resident of
Delabayan, Kauswagan. Due to the distance between my station and home, it takes me an hour to
travel back and forth. Thus, working near my residence will make me a more productive and
efficient teacher.
I have found out that AINA A. MACATANA, a newly hired teacher at Sultan Dimasangcay
Mananggolo Integrated School, also has the same problem. She is currently residing in Baraason,
Kauswagan, and it takes her an hour and a half to travel back and forth from her residence to the
station.
With this, we are both willing to agree to trade places for our convenience. I hope and pray
for your favorable consideration on this matter.
