ENERGY TRANSFER FROM A TRANVERSE WAVE PROPAGATED FROM A ROPE
Result:
1. As a result in the step 4, what did you observed?
Ans. As I observed the ribbon in the rope was move perpendicular in direction as we move
the rope up and down. And the rope was not straight because there was a high point created.
2. What created the wave on the rope as observed?
Ans. There was a motion that creates when we move the rope that has a ribbon.
3. Does the attached ribbon from its center position to the end of rope?
Ans. As I observed while I move the rope there was no move happen to the ribbon
Conclusion: I conclude that the rope when we move it upward and downward there was a
motion and happen and the transverse wave was created which is a wave that is move
perpendicular direction.
