Semester 1
Goals
Goal 1: 75% of assigned schools will meet state designated Success Rate AMOs on the
Spring 2022 TCAP
Goal 2: 75% of assigned schools will achieve level 3 or above in TVAAS Composite
(Priority 2)
Measures of Success:
 Increase in number of students
projected to be on-track/mastery on
iReady Diagnostic
 Increase in number of students
demonstrating on-track/mastery on
quarterly Mastery Connect
Assessment
 Increase number of students in Tier I
on Monthly Progress Monitoring
Report
 80% of informal walkthroughs
demonstrate teacher mastery of
Instructional Practices I, II, III and IV
ISA Support
 Conduct data meeting with each
Admin Lead after each diagnostic and
CFA
 Provide walkthroughs and supports
for targeted grades based on the data
Goal 3: Develop biweekly individual and/or group opportunities for Admin Leads to grow as
modelers and coaches through school walkthroughs, targeted feedback, group learning
sessions and purposeful data conversations. (Priority 3)
