DETAILS
1. To register your child for the trip click HERE:
2. Registration deadline is Friday 4th November at
5PM. Keep in mind we need to plan and assign
different groups for each workshop. Please fill in all
the information needed in the excel sheet.
3. Children who will be dropped off in Uskudar must
have an Istanbul Card already topped up with
sufficient credit for the return trip.
4. We will meet in front of Mihrimah Sultan Mosque in
Uskudar at 1:00 PM (Location) and take the bus to the
Cafe. Alternatively, parents can choose to drop off
their children in front of Uskudar Park cafe where the
event will take place at 2:00 PM (Location)
5.Children will be given their name tags and assigned
to their groups and teachers upon arrival at the
meeting point.
6. Price includes the Cafe rent, and price of the
workshop materials.
Children 6-9 years old will participate in the grass
man, Ebru, and mask making workshops. Children
10+ years old will participate in the Ebru, mask
making and 3D Model house making workshops. Each
participant will go home with their own individual
work.
7. The cafe doesn't allow food to be brought in from
outside, so children need to order from the cafe
menu (sent separately). Please discuss with your
children what they'r going to order beforehand and
write it in the excel sheet.
8. Right next to the cafe is Şenol Güneş Parkı where
we'll be taking the children to play and organise
some games and competitions for them.
8.Pick up time from in front of the cafe at 6:00 PM
and 7:00 PM in Uskudar.
