All children (eyeing more specifically the most at risk children/the most vulnerable children
aged 0-17 years);
Young women (18-24 years) and other women everywhere;
Families everywhere;
In these endeavors, we believe, we cannot deliver on our goals in isolation. So, liaising, networking
and collaboration are key principles. We need government, education institutions, non-government
agencies, the private sector (through their corporate social responsibility), individuals, well-wishers,
everyone. We also trust that through partnerships, we can shape capacities for a Society where
children, families will blossom. These relationships are hoped to benefit knowledge sharing, capacity
building and innovations for comprehensive interventions.
The Ulinzi Program has in place a 10 years detailed Strategic Plan (2023/2032) and a 10 years
Result Framework (2023/2032).
“To put the world right in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order,
we must first put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must first cultivate our
personal life; we must first set our hearts right.” – Confucius
