PROBLEM STATEMENT
• Current system provides the customers to sell or buy but they only
show the address of a particular house.
• Our proposed system will give better experience to the people by
providing the geo-location of a particular house.
ABSTRACT
• In these modern days, Technology and Science have evolved to
the point where we humans gets access to everything easily.
• In this web application, owner of house can sell or give rent to
other people.
• And people can buy or request for renting a particular house
according to their interests.
• Web application is designed to attend to all our needs from buying
property or selling property.
EXISTING SYSTEMS
• We have so many websites already such as NoBroker.com,
99Acres.com etc...
• They give access to people on buying or selling or renting.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
• Adding Geo-location for a particular house.
• User can find routes to the house that they want to
visit using geo-location which will be shown for the
particular house.
