Proposal: Interconnected School Transaction Queueing
#SMART APPOINTMENT SYSTEM:

Introduction:
The Interconnected Transactions’ Smart Queuing System is an automated
system designed to manage walk-in services, or customer flow. The prefix “inter”
-connection is different from standard connectivity because it can mean
“among.” So “inter” -connection speaks of connectivity that involves several
parties at once. Interconnection links numerous discreet entities and makes
them not only capable of uniting with each other in the digital ecosystem but
also of connecting as a unit with each other individual entities, ecosystems, and
groups of ecosystems. These entities must be able to connect instantly and
simultaneously over a variety of devices and through various sources to execute
the ultra-fast transactions essential to business today.
Queuing System is used to manage interactions with customers, whether
it be in person or through information displayed on the screen. To sum up,
Queuing Management System is an intelligent system that helps in managing
the Queues of people.
The moment a customer steps inside your premises, the queue
management system platform enables customers to powerfully connect with the
concerned representative of your organization to seek an appropriate solution for
the required services. It is also the process of improving your business by
managing customers’ waiting experience.
Background:
The current queue system of is usually processed manually, sometimes
the waiting area is fully loaded and has no proper queue. Most of the students
will protest because some students will just insert in the line and it is unfair to
those students who come early and will not be entertained especially during
enrollment. Since today’s pandemic, the student will never follow the health
protocol and didn’t manage social distancing and which will lead on spreading
the virus. According to the staff of the Registrar, they encounter major problems
like the area will be occupied by the students during enrollment same in the
other offices the students will occupy the area during the submission of modules
and enrollment which is not good because it will spread the virus if they will not
follow the health protocols. Sometimes the area is very noisy and can’t
communicate with both parties properly which leads to inputting wrong
information or both parties will not understand each other.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
General Objective
The main goal of the Queuing Management System is to bring a lot of value
to teachers/staff and students/parents. It is also to keep the balance of the cost
of providing a level of service capacity with the cost of customers waiting for
services. The following are the specific objectives of making this system: Specific
Objectives
⚫ To make it easy for every student and parent to do transactions
⚫ To lessen the crowd in the lobby or waiting area
⚫ To avoid spreading the covid-19 virus
⚫ To be able to follow the health protocols
⚫ To entertain individual requirements clearly and peacefully
