Prepayment
To guarantee the booking we kindly ask for a prepayment of 70% for the function by cash, credit card or bank transfer;
received at least 14 days before arrival/or first day of function.
The balance to be guaranteed by credit card or paid fully within 3 days before arrival/or first day of function.
The number of attendees is due three working days prior to the function. You settlement will be based on this number.
If the number of attendees should increase you will be charged accordingly to the increased number.
Kindly take into consideration that we reserve the right to cancel the reservation – also in case of a fixed booking –
when the payment(s) stipulated above are not transferred /paid within the time limit specified.

Cancellation
Earlier than 20 days prior to the function – free of charge. 19 - 10 days prior to the function – 30% of the loss of
revenue- based on the last guaranteed number of participants -will be charged.
9 - 3 days prior to the function 50 % of the loss on revenue - based on the last guaranteed number of participants - will
be charged.
2 days prior to the arrival or no show – 100% of the loss on revenue- based on the last guaranteed number of
participants -will be charged as cancellation fee.
Force majeure
Any obligations out of this contract are obsolete in cases of " force majeure". " Force majeure" is understood as an:
Extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties like war, rebellions, strike as well as act of God.
Settlement
The final payment has to be settled on the day of the function, in cash, by credit card or if prior agreed with Rogner
Hotel Management, per master account.
The hotel’s contractual partners must appoint, in writing a person, with legal signatory right,
Said person to authorize any last minutes changes (e.g. increase in attendees). His/her signatures are legal binding.
Please note, without this authorizing signature no additional services shall be rendered by Rogner Hotel, nor its staff
or affiliate
Rules & regulations
Place of activity should be used only for the purpose and during the time, for which it was agreed on with Rogner Hotel
Management.
Placing of guides of various notices or decoration is allowed only after prior written approval by the Rogner Hotel
Tirana and only in places indicated by the Hotel.
After the function has been completed, the environment or the hotel must be restored to its original state. For all
matters, rules and regulations, or deviations wherefrom, not expressly provided for herein, the general terms and
conditions of Golden Eagle Shpk will be applied.
