maximum period of 8 weeks. Your proposed work programme should cover the

Project status date (in dashed red line) is 10/04/2023. Assume the project/element
start date is 1st March 2023, and the work must be completed within a maximum
period of 8 weeks/ 56 calendar days.
8. Assume the first 4 activities of the project are 100% complete, the next 3 activities are
75% complete and all other activities are 0% complete. Set the start date to
01/03/2023 and the status date to 10/04/2023. Based on the information provided,
determine if the project is behind schedule, on schedule or ahead of schedule.
9. Set the project calendar to work throughout the weekends (7 days a week).
10. Submit both pdf and MS Project files.
