Credit Leveraging Contract
This contract is between, Yassen Abdelfatah and BayAreaLocalz LLC (ShaxMotors). This
contract is legally binding between both parties and will stand in compliance in the terms listed
below. Yassen Abdelfatah is the client agreeing to leverage their credit and finance 7 vehicles to
be rented out on carsharing platforms the primary possession of the vehicles will be with
BayAreaLocalz LLC (ShaxMotors), the following terms within the contract to keep both parties
safe and insured. There will be Full coverage insurance on the vehicles and documentation of all
payments made to the financing companies. There will be adequate storage and cleanliness
with all the vehicles, and there will be payments made on time as well as coverage on any other
bills the vehicle may ensue.
The Client listed above has access to withdraw from this contract at any time given for
any reason, but there will be no expectation for BayAreaLocalz LLC to continue making
payments on the insurance or vehicle notes.
The Client listed above will have full access to everything that relates to their vehicles as
well as all the Car Sharing Platforms and Business Emails to track everything that is going on.
There will be full transparency throughout the whole time between the Client and
BayAreaLocalz LLC. All documents that contain any payment information EX: Vehicle Contracts,
Registration, and other documents will be held with BayAreaLocalz LLC for tax documentation
purposes.
The Client Listed Above’s personal information will be held confidential between only
the Client and BayAreaLocalz LLC. This process will take around 6-8 months before the vehicles
purchased with the client will be transferred to BayAreaLocalz LLC Business Credit from there
the client can continue to leverage their credit or not.
