CAA is our main sponsor who accepts this project according to the criteria and also CAA is
giving funds for this project. They need to know about the progress of project and what type of
problems that we are facing during and after project. Is this project creating problems in air
operations? And according to the acceptance criteria this project is gaining its goals or not.
Core group of project:
The main team of project including project manager, front line managers and labor etc. The
information that is relevant for them is how the different things related to this project supposed to
be done and meetings statuses attendance etc.
Supplier (Aeroexpo):
Aeroexpo is our supplier who supply all related spare parts and software’s related to this project.
The information that is relevant for them is schedule of all parts that in what time this part will
require for this project and part's configuration and after delivery their performances.
