AC Motor Parameter Measurement
The main functions of this system is monitoring data about load voltage,
load current, AC Frequency , Motor Vibration, Temperature and Humidity
of AC motor using a custom build MQTT sensor tag using Arduino and
the following sensors (ZMPT101B AC single phase voltage sensor module,
custom built AC mains frequency sensor,
100A SCT-013-000 Non-
invasive AC Current Clamp Sensor, DHT11 (Temperature and humidity
sensor), ADXL335 3-Axis Analog Output Accelerometer Module Angular
Transducer both Amplitude and Frequency ) .
The system sends parameters using MQTT IOT MQTT Gateway Using
Raspberry pi . Raspberry Pi gateways sends MQTT messages for further
processing using any of the following as per client requirement AWS IOT
/Node-RED/IBM Maximo/ Thingworx etc…
