Remanufacturing Well Control Equipment as OEM: Repair / Remanufacturing is done by the OEM or a service provider that is contracted and controlled by the OEM. Certificate of Conformance is signed by the OEM.
Remanufacturing Well Control Equipment as Licensed Service Provider by the OEM: Repair / Remanufacturing is done by a service provider that has obtained a license from the OEM for manufacturing,
repair and remanufacturing of the equipment that the license covers.
Remanufacturing Well Control Equipment as Non‐OEM: Anyone that repairs or Remanufactures equipment without being the OEM, contracted by the OEM or having obtained a license from the OEM.
