• We proposed to use new LED lights to
improve brightness in the hall

1. Replace existing wood frames with new metal
frames
2. Replace the old window glass with new stainedglass panels.

LIGHTING UPGRADE
• Use of motion sensing lights
It functions similarly to a regular light except that it is
connected to a sensor that activates the light when the
sensor detects movement.
• Antique, luxurious light fixtures

1. Installation of modern window frames
2. Installation of window glass film to upgrade the efficiency of
glass pane which can also reflects infrared radiations.

WALL CRACKS
1. Wall cracks can be repaired by using drywall compound
2. New reinforcement wall can be constructed to retrofit
external wall cracks

BELL TOWER REPAIR
This bell tower will be repaired for aesthetic purpose.
The old metallic mesh and the corroded wood from
inside and outside will be removed. New window frame
and glass will be installed to give a better look to the bell
tower.

3. Cracks will be repaired with cement mortar or use of FRP
4. Squeaky floor can be repaired by using brand new carpet tile

NEW RESTROOM
• There is not a single restroom in this
building. We proposed to build a new
restroom at the ground floor as there is
some empty space in there and it is
currently used for pantry. So, we can
utilize this space to build a new
restroom.
