One of church member opened the meeting by the word of prayer. (benedicto Nicholas)

Chairperson who was mr. Patrick ngeywo thank people who were present for their coming chairperson
said since everything were exhausted the previuos day, tody is viewing the boundary and restructure
the land.
Min 04/03/2023 remark from Emmanuel osolol
Mr Emmanuel osogol thank the team lead by chairperson mr. Patrick to intervene the mater. Mr osogol
asked mr. Isaac imwene that church is place where blessing are obtained, therefore church need peace.
He has surrendered (16m x 22.5m) to isac imwene to pave way for him to access road activities.

Mr. Isaac imwene was pleased and said he has no problems with the church by now., his main problem
has been solved. He thank the church to hear is plea. No they will lie as a mutual family. He will
participate in any activity in the church if need be.

MIN 07/03/2023 DRAWING A NEW BOUNDARY AND PLANTING EUPHOBIA
Now the new boundary was drawn as sketched below

This new boundary two parties agreed to replace mi gun by metres (m) as follows (36mx32.5m)
euphobia was planted in the presence of all parties, church, Isaac imwene and team of village elders
lead by Patrick ngeywo.
MIN 08/03/2023 SOLUTION
After exhausting all avenues conclusion was drawn. Each party acknowledge and thank God to be
presence during and after the events. Chairperson said now new boundary has been created each pary
to respect the boundary. Embrace peace and unity among yourselve. Create a room for dialogue
whonever differences emrges.
Chairperson asked mr.isaac imwene to consider and arrage for title deed for church of chtist. Any
changes my occure be shared among the two parties.
