Ultimate Reiki Healing
This system is easy to use and one of the very best out there. It is of a very
high energy and it works fast to help with any form of healing from physical
issues, healing animals, or healing situations and circumstances. This is a
special energy Lightwork system that really has all of the energy needed to
heal any situation. It is powerful—and if it were the only system you had,
you would be able to use it for any magickal and lightwork need. It was
given me directly from spirit to help us all. United our positive energy is
more powerful as we work on our individual needs and goals, and it brings
healing to the Earth and all who live on this planet as the energy radiates
from each of us with pure unconditional love, and this system can only be
used for good. It cannot be attached to or interfered with by anything
negative. It does it all—clears, heals, and brings magickal lightwork energy
changes within your own physical and energy bodies for the highest good.
It brings healing to our planet Earth as the positive energy spreads out to
touch all around us and adds to the universe love and light. It is Ultimately
one of the best energy systems to use for any situation.

Ultimate Reiki Healing
Ultimate Reiki Healing allows you to easily tap into Creative Source Energy
so that you can draw this energy to you on the physical plane and use it for
healing yourself, others, animals, and any situation.
Cells and Healing
Whenever you receive, send, or work with reiki, magick, lightwork energy,
your cells in your body change. There is water and fluid in your cells.
It has been shown that water treated with reiki energy causes a change in
the water. Plants treated with this water grow better. Drinking the water
treated with reiki energies also is beneficial. There is nothing harmful in it
as you are simply charging the water with positive energy which when you
drink it benefits your cells. This in turn changes your energetic vibration to
a higher level.
This is the same thing that happens to your cells when you receive, send,
or work with magickal lightwork energies, including reiki. Intention of the
energy makes a difference. If you are working to shrink something like a
tumor, be sure to be specific with your intention as you want this to only
effect the tumor, and not other healthy cells. So if you first did a treatment
for shrinking a tumor – you are specific about that energy intention
shrinking only the tumor—and then you follow it with healing and healthy
energies for your body cells other than the tumor. Be specific. Why?
Because you are killing the tumor. You don’t want to kill the other cells.
And you want to heal and make healthy your other body cells for growth

and regeneration, but you do not want growth of the tumor. So be specific
when stating your intention.
So now let me explain about how magickal lightwork which included reiki,
effects your energy and your cells.
There is a physical change in your cells as the energy combined with your
intention (whatever it is) either heals or kills cells. This is the same thing
that happens with any negative emotional issue you are holding within
your energy field – it attaches to your cells in your body and can cause
illness. It settles and sticks there creating illness and spreading.
And when you are holding positive, happy, loving thoughts your energies
heal your body and raise your vibration.
Your intention makes a big difference in the results you get when working
with energy. That energy you work with is charged with your intention
energy. So if you work to harm someone, you are also harming yourself
because that intentional negative energy is coming from a negative
emotional issue within your energy field and it expands when you set it to a
negative intention. It will make you just as ill as what you intend it to do to
someone else. It may take time, but it will build up in your cells and make
you sick.
But when your intention is positive, you also feel that unconditional love,
joy, happiness, and etc. that is your intention for good for someone else
and it too builds in your cells and grows to heal you.
Though the energy itself comes from Creative Source Energy, it does not
distinguish between positive or negative energy during your use of it and
your working with it. It does what you intend it to do. You guide it. Creative
Source Energy is the power, you guide it with intention, emotions, and
feelings.
And it does cause your cells to change which is a physical reaction to the
intention and emotions of what you are working with the energy. And it
also brings a change in your energy field by raising your energies when
your intention is positive and for good, and lowering your energy when
your intention is negative and harmful to others.
Let me also explain about the shrinking of tumors for example, since you
are intending to kill the tumor, which might seem like a bad or negative
intention, but it is not. It is a form of healing. All healing is positive energy.
Your intention when you shrink the tumor is positive because you want
healing and higher energy vibrations – your intention is for higher good. So
you will receive the cell changes associated with higher good energies
when you do this kind of work. You will feel love and light energies, which
raise your vibration.

The symbol
Ultimate Reiki Healing symbol
The symbol is a circle with an equal armed cross the quarters in the colors
for the four elements : Green—Earth, Yellow—Air, Red—Fire, Blue—Water.
And the white star of points of five for as above so below, and the elements
as well as healing, protection, abundance, love, and spirit. Colors of black
and white for yen and yang (feminine and male) energies. It is also
representing the wheel.
This is the main symbol. It connects you to the energies fast. Use it by
visualization or you can print it and place it on your altar or beneath a
candle of whatever color works best for your intention. Be sure your candle
is in a safe candle holder.
Place your palms together and visualize the symbol as you run the
energies. State your intention. And hold the energies for a 30 seconds.

And then see the symbol spin and wrap around you or whomever you are
working to heal.
As shown here:
The energies spin around you. See yourself in the center. And see the
wheel and the energies wrap around you with love and healing. See them
spinning away negative energies and illness. See the symbol wrap you in
protection and healing. Feel the energies wrap around you like a cloak of
love and light. Feel the safe, loving energies. Allow the healing to fill your
cells, your energy and to raise your vibration. Allow yourself to feel love,
peace, and happiness. When you feel the session is complete, then take a
deep breath and release the energies with intention of higher good so that
it can continue working for you. Say, “complete”. And then just go about
your day.

For clearing and healing any issue run the energies as shown above and
state your intention.
For getting unstuck in any issue or situation
This applies to any of those times when you feel stuck, or you feel the
same thing keeps happening to you again and again (different people,
same issue).
This is a reflection symbol for the Ultimate Reiki Healing system. It helps
you with reflection for clarity. Use it by visualizing and intent. Use it by
running the energies, and saying “Reflection Clarity now” and allow the
energies to run to bring you clarity and vision of what the true issue is and
what to do to fix it.
And then—
Use the following symbol to get unstuck and get your energies moving
again.

Ultimate Reiki Healing Getting Unstuck symbol
Using this symbol gets the energies flowing again. Helps to spin out the
stuck attached energies of no movement. Visualize it and see yourself in
the center and spin it. See the energies spinning around you, moving out
old stagnation, pulling in new beginnings and fresh starts and new
energizing energies. Allow yourself to feel the old stagnate unneeded
energies to fall away. Feel the bright, new happy exciting, energizing,
enthusiastic energies flowing to you and through you and all around you.
Take a deep breath as the session winds down and look at all around you
with your new perspective.
Below is the symbol for balance and harmony within your life and your
energies. It brings peace, love, and light to families, friends, homes, cities,
work places, and your personal energies.

Balance and Harmony Ultimate Reiki Healing symbol
There is a flow to this symbol. A pattern. Gaze at it and feel the energies.
You can print it or any of the symbols and use them on your altar or for
meditation gazing if you want.
Run the energies with intent and place your palms together. Say “balance
and harmony within, and (name it such as – work place—home—family,
etc.)
Feel the flow and love and light and peace and harmony. Allow the
energies to wash over you and through you. Hold it for at least 30 seconds.
Use your intent with any situation, any person, etc. that you want to bring
harmony and balance to. It can be a place also.
As the session completes, take a deep breath. Feel the harmony and
strength of balance within.
Below is the symbol for Expansion:

Expansion Ultimate Reiki Healing symbol
This symbol represents expansion, of self, your personal energies,
strength, courage, business, love, money, etc. It brings in more. More of
everything good. More for growth, as in expansion of business—new
clients, new customers, new friends, and new projects. It brings in more
money, more respect, more love, more attention, more and better of
everything good. It expands positive energies.
Use it by visualizing the symbol and saying “expansion now”.
Then allow the energies to run. Feel the growth. Feel the love. Feel the
excitement. Feel the positive joy. When you feel the session is complete
you can say, “boost my energy forward into creating the positive intention
of my life now.” And then allow it to continue to work for you.
You can repeat any session any time and as often as you feel guided. And
do always state your intention. The energies of this system will adjust to

vibrate in harmony with your intention to bring it to you quickly and to heal
any situation you need healed.
Animals
Animals are precious gifts to us. They love unconditionally. They feel
sorrow and fear and even guilt when they do something they should not.
They will give their life to you and for you. They will protect you, love you,
and always be your friend. They will always be there to play when you
want, to be quietly nearby, or to share your joy or sorrow.
Treat them always with the love and respect they deserve. Never take an
animal’s life for the sheer pleasure of killing or for trophy. Never ever! You
may be born as one in your next life if you do just so you know they have a
soul too. A life is a life. All is valuable and all is important and all have
souls. This is truth whether you believe it or not. They are not less valuable
or less worthy than we are as humans. They are alive with the spirit of life
just as we are. Same spirit, same universal creative source energy and
same breath of life. They depend on us. They offer us the most pure
unconditional love there is. It is whole and pure and complete. Do not harm
them.
As you all know I love animals. They are just so pure in their intent of life
and love.
For Healing Animals you can use any of he symbols—the harmony balance
on is good for animals with anxiety, or stresss.
But in general for animals healing use the first symbol which is the basic
symbol.

Use this symbol always and your first base symbol with the energies of this
system
For Animal Healing
Visualize with intention the animal in the center of the star. Know that when
you do this, the animal will receive the healing of the four elements as well
as the star and yen and yang or goddess and god. The four elements color
representation is pointing straight at the animal you visualize in the center
of the star.
The healing is maximized and it brings in pure positive intention of love,
light, and healing to the animal.
The is a very fast way bring healing to any animal.
If you have an animal that is waiting to cross over, as hard as it is for you,
know that this energy soothes the animal and makes the transition easier
for them when it is their time to cross over. It brings healing on all levels to
the animal—healing to recover and regenerate, and healing to ease pain,

and healing to help with crossing to the other side. It is loving and
peaceful.
Animal Massage
Most animals enjoy a good loving massage. It helps to circulate the blood
to the muscles and skin. Your dog especially will love having a shoulder
massage, and hip massage and in many cases this helps ease arthritis or
joint pain from hip dysphasia. The gentle massage of the shoulder muscles
relieves stress in your dog just as it does for you as a human. Dogs can
feel stress and tension too. My dog likes to have her tummy rubbed and
she loves a gentle massage over her chest and under her arms –uh, I mean
under her forelegs—lol. She likes her upper legs rubbed also and her neck
and all down the back. Use your thumbs and fingers to do the massage. On
the back, wrap your fingers down the dog’s sides and with both thumbs
rub upward and move your hands down the spine. Repeat this several
times. For the neck rub with your thumbs and fingers. For the head, use
your fingers to rub in a circular motion. For the chest use your thumbs over
the chest in a upward and circular motions, with you fingers rubbing under
the arms of your dog. Rub down the legs using your thumbs in a
downward circular motion.
Your dog will love this.
You can do something similar for your cat also but you must be more
gentle than you are with a dog. Cats tend to like shoulder and back rubs
most. But your cat may appreciate a neck and even tummy rub. Always
gentle.
And just a note that I have been made aware of:
While garlic is somewhat healing to dogs, it causes a cat’s stomach to
bleed so do not give garlic to your cat.
Birds
Sometimes just a gentle stroking with your finger down the head an back
is enough for them. They do like your attention though and love to watch
you doing what you do. But for the most part birds don’t like strangers to
put their fingers in their cages. They may love you, but they may feel
threatened by strangers putting their fingers in the cage. The cage is their
safe place. Fingers can look like a worm or snake or anything similar to a
bird. Or even if they know it is a human finger it may disturb them. A bird
that bites does not do it because they are a mean bird. The bird does it
because either it does not want to be bothered, or it feels threatened in
some way. This seems to be more prominent with smaller birds like
parakeets and canaries, etc. than the larger birds, but still they do not like
to be intruded upon in general by people they are no comfortable with.

They view things poking at them – fingers, sticks, etc. as something scary
that they need to get rid of or get away from.
Birds love their treats! Don’t forget the tastes bird snacks when you touch
them or clean their cages.
Fish
Many people think you just get a fish tank and put fish in it and that is all
there is to having fish. This is not true. A single male betta in a bowl is not
a happy fish. There is nothing to do but hang in the water of the bowl.
And male betta’s can be in a tank with other fish, they just cannot be in a
tank with other male betta’s or females of their species. They fight with
other males of their species, and they chase and breed the female to death
if you don’t separate them.
For fish tanks in general, fish create an ammonia build up in the fish tank
for their waste (bowl and also excess food). Never feed them more than
they can eat in just a few minutes. You have to do a water exchange of
about ¼ to ½ the water in the tank each week to keep your fish healthy. Use
a suction tube to drain water and be sure to get down over the gravel with it
to get rid of as much bacteria and decaying waste as you can. Be sure to
use something to remove the clorine from the water before putting it into
the tank. Adding plants make the tank beautiful and give the fish places to
hide. Rough rocks and cause injury to fish. If they scrape across the
surface of the rock they may scrape off the good body slime that coats and
protects them or even lose a scale.
For freshwater fish, add just a little bit of sea salt (no iodine) to keep down
parasitic ick – this is a small white parasite that attaches to the body of fish
and makes them itch. It spreads and it grows to kill your fish. Use a
teaspoon of salt for 10 gallons of water. It keeps bacteria down. Remember
too when changing water in the tank that the salt can build up so you might
not want to add it every time you change water, and only add it to the
amount of fresh water you put in the tank – for example if you put 2 ½
gallons of new water into the tank you only want ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
added. The rest of the water already has salt in it.
I used to breed tropical fish of all kinds at one time and this is how I kept
my fish tanks. Eventually 30 tanks because too much to handle, so now I
don’t have fish anymore. I have my dog and a lovely tortoise!

May you always remember that you are empowered from within and by
grace of creative source energy to create and heal your world and your
body, mind, and spirit. You are a healer—and you are worthy and you are
needed. You have the power within you. Always remember--To Receive This Distance Attunement:
To receive your attunement, you will need about 20 to 30 minutes of quiet
time to receive the energies of the attunement. You may receive the
attunement distantly, as chi ball, or in person.
When you are ready for your attunement, get comfortable, relax, and take
three deep breaths, exhaling slowly to relieve any stress of the day. Then
when you are ready, say, “I accept this attunement for (name of
attunement, and level if appropriate) from (name of teacher) now.” Then
just relax and allow the energies to flow in to you, and enjoy it.
You will receive the attunement in the same way, no matter how it is sent to
you. The difference in the methods of sending attunements varies, but the
actual receiving of any attunement is always the same.
To Send This Distance Attunement:
This attunement can be passed in person, distantly, or as chi ball method.
The attunement is passed with intention in the manner that works best for
you. Each person is a bit different in how they like to pass attunements—
some use crystals, some use meditation, or soft music, chanting, or many
other personal ways to increase power and ease of sending or passing
attunements. It is my belief that each teacher knows what is the most
comfortable, enjoyable, and powerful way that works best for them to pass
on attunements, and whenever passing attunements you should always
follow your guidance. Here is the basic method:
Get comfortable and relax. Take three deep breaths and exhale slowly to
release any stress or tensions of the day. When you are ready, say, “I ask
that (name of person being attuned) be attuned to (name of attunement,
and level if appropriate) on (date and time).

If the attunement is sent as chi ball, you must create the energy sphere by
creating energy between the palms of your hands, (move them closer
together and out again—back and forth with your palms facing each other
to build the energy), and use visualization to see the sphere or chi ball.
Then place the attunement energies inside the chi ball or energy sphere
with visualization as you say, “I ask that (name of person being attuned) be
attuned to (name of attunement and level if appropriate). I ask that the
energies of this attunement be placed within this chi ball and that the
energies be kept pure until (name of person being attuned) accepts this
attunement. I ask that this (name of attunement) chi ball go now to (name of
person being attuned) and continue to float around (him or her) until he or
she calls it in and accepts this attunement. I thank you. And so it is.”
Again, I stress this is a basic way to send this attunement as chi ball and
you as teacher should always pass attunements in the way that is best for
you with pure intention. You may want to seal the chi ball sphere with
angelic protection to keep the energies within the sphere pure until the
student calls in the attunement. You can do this by simply asking the
Angels, or specific Angel like Archangel Michael to seal the energies with
angelic light to protect them and keep them pure until they are received by
the student. But again, you should do this in your own way. Always use the
method and means of protection that work best for you.
Chi Ball
The chi ball method is when the teacher creates an energy sphere. This is
done by moving your hands close together and apart over and over while
visualizing the energy sphere to create it. And then the energy of the
attunement is placed inside of the energy sphere and it is sent to the
student.
The student then calls in (accepts) the attunement energies whenever they
have some quiet time and are ready to receive the energies.
I am also sending a brief note I wrote up to help people understand how to
send and receive attunements.
Both chi ball and scheduled attunements at specific days and times and in
person attunements also, are all equally powerful. The energies come from
spirit--the teacher only directs the energies of spirit to the student and in
doing so, the energies pass from spirit through the teacher and to the
student. Teachers are sort of a catalyst for the energies to be directed to
the student.
Chi Ball Attunements are accepted in the same way as scheduled
attunements.
