There will be a conference call on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 11:30 PM (Eastern Standard
Time) to determine the ending of the Month of Ramadan.
The Black Moon (New Moon) will have been born on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 12:12 AM
(Eastern Standard Time).
On April 20, 2023 , we will have a conference call to see if there has been a sighting in our
hemisphere. The times for the conference call is based on when the sunsets and moonsets in
different regions. This will allow all regions the opportunity to have seen the sighting of the
Hilal moon.
