(3.0 points) An employee could be dating or having a romantic relationship with a supervisor or subordinate. That could represent a conflict of interest, depending on the employees involved and their position in the company. One thing that a company could do, even though it is not the best option, is to clearly state in the hiring contract that any kind of romantic relationship between employees is forbidden, occurring in contract termination. Another solution, more adequate, is to have an active HR which make it clear the company values and culture, where the couple could officially inform that they are in a relationship without punishment and causing less disruption at work.
