Colours used This abstract vertical artwork is composed of two columns of brightly colored rectangles that are stacked with both geometric and organic elements. The abstract forms are cut from painted paper pieces, and the rectangles are painted. Rectangles in the colors black, lime green, sage green, sunny yellow, watermelon pink, and amethyst purple are piled top to bottom in the left column. Above the pink rectangle, close to the center of the column, there is a pink triangle as well. A white petal-like shape, a blue spiral, a curling blue line, purple and blue stylized leaves, possibly seaweed, and triangles are all present in various parts of the column. Silvery gray, goldenrod yellow, bright green, lime green, sunshine yellow, and sapphire blue are the colors of the rectangles on the right column. Two more black spiky shapes are added to the column, along with a short royal-blue vertical curved line and an extended white U shape. The top four rectangles are covered by a long, black S-shape, and next to the bottom yellow rectangle is a sapphire-blue circle with a pumpkin-orange spiral on top. The middle of that yellow rectangle is a blue rectangle, and to the left is a darker yellow rectangle. A black heart-shape is located close to each of the lower corners of the blue field, along with a white wavy line running up the blue area and a black wavy line to each side in the yellow region. Moods The green shades in the rectangles give the moods quiet, calm and peaceful. Purple represents strength, wisdom and peace. The bright colours such as red, orange and pink bring a sense of warmth , joy and happiness.
