They always give pieces of advices in every time. Working with the supervisor The supervisors were very approachable and very friendly. They help me on how to deal with their valued customers. They help me familiarized with the facilities and equipment, and especially, they taught us their ideas on how the trainees will learn and be effective someday. Insight from the work experiences For almost 3 months of stay in the company, I gained a lot of experiences and especially on how to work safely. I was taught to be humble and complied with the task given to me. Comments The AUTOLAB REPAIR SHOP has a good quality of service and it was known in Alicia. The company, employees were very cooperative, they always find the time to help each other. Suggestion I suggest that the company should hire additional mechanics personnel to avoid delay of work. Likewise, our school, ISU Angadanan Campus should send On-the-job trainees in the company. Problem encountered I am thankful because I can say that I had never encountered petty problems on my On-thejob training at AUTOLAB REPAIR SHOP.
