Subject: Unclean Offices
Message:
It is with due shame that we have been receiving reports of unclean offices by our
clientele. Therefore effective tomorrow, November 8, 2022, the company will issue a
complete reorganization of janitorial services. In line with this, all company members
must practice ‘Clean as you Go’ to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in our offices.
All personnel must be responsible enough for their garbage.
In case of spills or major leaks a phone line will be provided to call janitorial services
immediately after its incidence/occurrence.
All janitorial service personnel must proceed to the Human Resources Department
tomorrow, November 8, 2022 at 8:00 AM sharp.
