As per Detective Gomez, an unknown subject unlawfully discharged a firearm on scene. I arrived to the scene at 6:50 am with Officer Pizzini #790. The scene was secured with yellow tape. A specialized canine unit was summoned to aid in searching the scene, to which a gun was located within the perimeter. The scene was turned over to the Forensics Investigation Unit. Scene: My scene is located at 5100 NW 79 Ave, in the parking lot (on NW 51st St). A black Luger 9mm firearm was discovered in bushes along the north end of the Grand Pollo.
