The ILC lubrication systems or their components can not be used in combination with gases, liquid gases, pressurized gas in solution and liquids
whose vapor pressure exceeds normal atmospheric pressure (1013 mbar) by more than 0.5 bar, maximum permissible temperature. Hazardous
materials of any kind, especially those classified as such by the European Community Directive EC 67/548 / EEC, Article 2 (2), may be used in
centralized lubrication systems of the ILC or their components and provided and / or marketed with them only after consultation with the ILC and
after receiving written permission from the company.

说明及技术参数
说明
CME 电动泵是一款单线系统润滑泵，适用于与容积式分配阀或油气混合阀配套使用。
CME 电动泵由以下部件组成：一个齿轮泵、一台电机、一个低油位开关、一个电路板（可选）、一个绿色LED指示灯（显示电源
开）、一个黄色LED指示灯（显示泵工作）子、一个压力表、一个手动润滑按钮、和一个压力开关。压力开关也可置于系统管线末
端。
电气部件由一个塑料罩壳保护，以防灰尘杂物进入。透明油箱容量为2或3升。
齿轮泵接有泄压和旁通阀块。
泵 (CME-O) 适用于 50 - 1000 cSt的 润滑油，泵(CME-G)适用于NLGI 000-00 号半流体油脂。这两款泵配有不同的低油位传感器。

工作原理及技术参数
工作原理
系统由工作时间（泵运行）和间隙时间（泵停转）交替进行。间隙时间结束时，泵启动运行，系统压力上升至22-30 Bar，外接的容
积式分配阀或油气混合阀开始动作。
当系统压力达到压力开关设定压力时，开关触点关闭发出信号显示泵工作正常。若在工作时间内压力开关触点没有关闭，则系统发
出报警信号。
当油箱油位低至设定值时，油位传感器触动并发出报警信号。
可按下手动润滑按钮来启动额外的润滑。这时，LED绿灯亮显示电源接通，LED黄灯亮则表示泵在运转。
泵可选配内置计时器，对系统进行控制。LED红灯亮显示系统有故障。

不带计时器的泵
泵由设备的PLC来启动和控制。
泵带一个手动按钮（按下可启动额外润滑），电源开的LED指示
灯和泵运转LED指示灯。

工作原理
在预设的间隙时间结束时，润滑泵电机通电，开始润滑循环。泵将润滑剂输送到各单线注油器，然后分配到各润滑点。在预设的工
作时间结束时，泵停止工作，同时，检测末端压力开关是否发出触点关闭信号，如此，润滑循环才算结束。当泵停止工作时，系统
开始泄压，同时注油器预充。 根据所预设的间隙时间，润滑循环将重复下去。
可通过手动按钮来启动额外润滑循环。
任何异常情况，如油箱没油了、工作压力不够高、润滑循环结束时无法泄压等，系统都将发出报警信号。

概述
ILCOMATIC-3 注油器适用于使用油或半流质油脂的单线集中润滑系统T，它可装在铝质安装底块上或直接安装在润滑点上。为保证
系统正常工作，主管线压力不得低于15 bar，和较慢的输送推力。
系统需选配一台满足所需压力要求的润滑泵。注油器往润滑点注完油后，泵停止工作随后主管线泄压。ILCOMATIC-3 注油器可应用
于有较多润滑点的大、中型工厂设备。
主要应用：各式机床、木材加工设备、纺织设备、包装设备、注塑机、玻璃机械、印刷设备，及各种需要精量润滑的通用机械设
备。

工作原理
工作原理
泵启动后，通道(1)处建立压力，润滑剂通过阀座(2)进入腔
体(3)，推动柱塞 (4) 动作，将计量 腔体(5)内的润滑剂（在上一
个循环已填满）推出到润滑点。
在泄压阶段，柱塞(4)在复位弹簧作用下回到原始位置。密封阀
座(2)移动并打开通道(6)，润滑剂从腔体(3)流到腔体 (5)。
柱塞(4)移动到位后，润滑剂从腔体(3)全部流到腔体(5)，密封阀
座(2) 关闭通道(6)。注油器做好下一个循环的准备。

All ILC products must only be used for their intended purposes, as specified in this brochure and in all instructions. If the product is supplied
together with the user instructions, the user is required to read them and comply with them. Not all lubricants are suitable for centralised
lubrication systems. ILC lubrication systems or relative components cannot be used together with gas, liquid gas, pressurised gas in solution and
liquids with vapour pressure exceeding normal atmospheric pressure (1013 bar) by more than 0.5 bar, maximum temperature permitted. Any type
of dangerous materials, namely those classified as such by European Community Directive (EC) 67/548/EEC, Article 2 (2), can only be used in ILC
centralised lubrication systems or relative components upon consultation with ILC and after having received written approval from the company.

单线系统原理图
单线润滑系统由这些部件组成：泵（带安全阀）、压力开关（控制主管线压力）、泄压阀和注油器。必要时可配上计时器。
若预计系统压降超过10bar时，比如管线延长或润滑剂粘度上升（取决于环境温度），建议在主管线末端装一压力开关。
压力开关用于检测在一个润滑循环内系统是否达到注油器动作所需的压力，并保证没有泄漏。
为保证注油器正常工作，当泵停后主管线需要泄压。这由泄压阀来控制完成。

设计说明
重要设计说明
在设计主管和支管时需遵守如下规定。
A) 选择主管线规格时必须考虑泵的性能参数及压降。从泵出口开始，如允许的话，主管线应尽可能向上走线，并保留在系统最高点
排气的选项。
B) 注油器安装在主管线端部，出口朝上。若系统要求注油器必须安装在主管线下面，则不能按如下图1所示安装，而应按图2所示安
装。
C) 管线、截止阀、注油器、接头等在选型时必须满足系统最大工作压力、工作环境温度及所用润滑剂的要求。
D) 润滑剂在管线里的流动不得有弯管、阀块、截止阀等所限制或阻挡。
E) 当对润滑管线某区域做改动时，应循序渐进进行，尽量避免突然方向改变。
F) 在组装前，应彻底清洗所有系统部件，包括管线、接头、截止阀、注油器等。垫圈不得向内突出，以免外物进入系统，或阻碍润
滑剂的流动。 基本原则是管线布置不能让系统任何点上产生气穴，避免在润滑剂流动方向上做大的改动。推荐在系统合适点安装排
油塞。

注油器
Ilcomatic 4
ILCOMATIC-4 系列单线注油器有2、3和5个出口的。可以订购预
装好主管及支管接头的组件。参见订货说明。
注油器的剂量，从10 mm³ 到 160 mm³，标注在每个注油嘴
上。为避免混淆，适用稀油的注油器外观为黑色，半流体油脂
的外观为灰色。
注油器到润滑点的连接采用快插接头或双锥环接头
(DIN
3862)。到润滑点的管线 可以采用金属管、塑料胶管或软管，一
般外径为 4 mm。
不用的注油器出口可用堵头堵掉。
剂量为 30 mm³或以上的计量接头可以互换。
注油器垫圈材质为 NBR or FPM，本体材质为 PARA IFEX 50FG
，并带固定孔。
注油器接主管线螺纹为M10x1，可接快插接头或扣压接头。详
见后续章节。

下图显示了注油器入口和出口的管线连接方式。可以订购预装
好接头的注油器组件。
适用于塑料胶管或金属管的快插接头提供了一种安全、快
速、无泄漏的连接方式。可适用于外径为4, 6 and 8 mm的管
径，可选用直接头或 90° 直角接头。
快插接头内有一锥形环，其像凹槽一样卡在金属管或塑料胶管
上，这样使得管线固定在快插接头上。整个系统的接头都可采
用快插接头，包括泵出口接头、注油器接头、压力开关接头及
润滑点接头。
注油器入口接头安装在左右两侧，可订购预装好接头的注油器
组件。
