International Designer Kim Jones will organize the next Dior men’s prefall collection show at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt for the first time,
Women`s Wear Daily (WWD) reported.
The men’s pre-fall collection is scheduled to be unveiled on 3 December
against the backdrop of the pyramids of Giza near Cairo.
This is the first time for Dior to present a show in Egypt, following
events in Italy, Greece, Spain, South Korea, China, the UK, and the
US in recent years. The French fashion house’s spring 2004 haute
couture collection, designed by John Galliano, was a tribute to Ancient
Egypt.
