HSE-16.13 Resources, Roles and Responsibilities
This procedure is applicable to (1) JLL’s Central Platform NAM HSSE Management System (HSSEMS) and (2) all JLL NAM Accounts and
Properties where JLL has operational responsibilities. This procedure includes HSSE requirements for on-site service contractors and third-party
service providers/partners (hereafter referred to as contractors). Companies that provide services, such as package delivery or vending machine
re-stocking are considered suppliers, NOT contractors, for purposes of this procedure. Additional vendor (contractor and supplier) requirements
are specified in other JLL policies included in the reference section.
