SHOULD ZOO BE BANNED

advertisement
The concern about animals' freedom has sparked a hot debate in the present day.
Although zoos are widely believed to be vicious to the animal themselves and need to
be banned, others assert it is an effective way to save endangered species. Both views
are rational, however I lean towards the latter opinion.
On the one hand, keeping animals in captivity is unethical. Regardless of animals'
feelings, wildlife parks exhibit animals for entertainment tools for making a profit.
Hence, it turns out that animals will be caged in underprivileged conditions, for the
long term, they will lose their instinct to hunt food and even die. According to some
reports, there was a polar bear named "Winter" die in the zoo owing to harsh
temperatures.
On the other hand, there is a multitude of advantageous impacts within protect risk
creatures. Zoos are artificial environment that has been made for wildlife. Notably for
those who are on the brink of disappearances such as polar bears and rhinos. This
allows scientists to study animals and help to reintroduce them into nature.
Additionally, this is a wonderful way for education, humanity will have a chance to
gain more knowledge about wildlife and be more aware of protecting wildlife.
To conclude, we cannot deny that both are well-grounded. Despite being believed to
be brutal, zoos are playing a vital role in animal conservation.z

Despite there being some instances of zoos being brutal, it cannot be denied that zoos
are playing a vital role in animal conservation.
