these two remedies:
Buyer can collect "the loss
resulting in the ordinary
course...as determined in
any manner which is
reasonable."

Buyer's damages can
include breach of warranty,
calculated as the difference
in value between the goods
as received and the goods
as warranted (often the
contract price).

Buyer can also recover
incidental and
consequential damages.

Buyer can withhold all or part
of the price (by deducting
from the price damages
resulting from the seller's
breach) if buyer gives
reasonable notice to seller.
