To do this first verify if the fault is indeed on that specific BTS by using the ZEEI:BTS=<bts_number>; repeatedly and see if the timeslots are indeed appearing and disappearing. b. After having verified the that BTS is indeed having the fault use the ZEQO:BTS=<bts_number>:GPRS; to determine the NSEI to which the BTS is connected to. c. Use the ZFW O:NSEI=<nsei>; to determine which BCSU the BTS is connected to for GPRS. The <nsei> is the NSEI determined in step b. d. After having determined the BCSU number from step c start a remote service terminal session to the BCSU: ZDDS:BCSU,<bcsu_index>; e. In the service terminal session start a remote session to the PCU: ZRS:3<bcsu_index>,90BE; example: for BCSU -1 ZRS:31,90BE f.
