I have learned through a Division Memorandum No. 302,s 2022, dated April 12,
2022, that your good office needs a Teacher In-Charge application. I have the
honor to apply for the said position.
I am Bernel Villanueva Caduada, 40 years old, a resident of Barangay Fatima,
General Santos City. I have been an Elementary School Teacher for 15 years and
am presently assigned at Fatima Central Elementary School, handling Grade 6
learners.
Concerning my educational qualifications, I graduated the course, Bachelor of
Secondary Education major in Mathematics at Notre Dame of Dadiangas
University and graduated with my Master of Arts in Education major in Educational
Management at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges.
My educational qualifications and work-related experiences will be honed and
effectively applied to the position of Teacher In-Charge.
