Republic of the Philippines Department of Education Region III – CENTRAL LUZON Division of CitY of San Fernando LARA INTEGRATED SCHOOL City of San Fernando (P) ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN SCHOOL BASED HEALTH WEEK In line with the Division Memo No. 17,s.2023 regarding Department of Education OK sa Deped Program, different activities were conducted at Lara Integrated School. One of the activities is seminar in Teenage Pregnancy and Mental Health, participants are the junior high school students and Zumba session for teachers of Lara Integrated School. Lasts February 3, 2023, a campaign about Adolescent Reproductive Health and Mental health happened and it was entitled “R.I.P.P.L.E.S (Randomized Intervention of Positive -Led sex Education) and F.A.C.T.S (Focus. Articulate. Connect. Take time. Sleep)” at the covered court of Lara Integrated School. It was a seminar for Junior High School students. The registration for the program started at 7:30 to 8:00 AM. When everyone was ready and seated comfortably, the program began with an opening prayer held by Mrs. Grace M. Aguilar. Followed by the welcome address given by Ma’am Edralin M. Callo, Principal I. To get the attention of everyone, a Film showing was shown about Mental Health in the Philippines and upon finishing the show, Ma’am Debbie Urbano start the talk about mental health awareness and finish the talk with an open-ended question. By 9:30Am, we had our short break, the morning snacks. After the snacks, Ma’am Debbie started her seminar with a game called straight the jumbled words to catch the attentions of the students and right after she start her talk about factor and risk teenage pregnancy and it ended the talk with an open-ended question. To end the seminar, Ma’am Mildred Bañares read the Certificate of Appreciation to all our speaker and technical working group. A closing remarks was given by Mrs. Medzylyn L. Bernardino. In the Afternoon session, teachers attended the project F.I.T (Facilitating Image Transformation), where sir Jonald Sarte lead the Zumba session. PREPARED BY: ERICKA B.
