The histogram is also called bar
graph.
The steps followed to draw a histogram are:

Draw 2 perpendicular axis: horizontal and vertical axis.
Put an arrow only on the vertical axis (Y-axis).
Name each axis with the convenient names from the table.
Put the names on the horizontal axis.
Put the numbers on the vertical axis considering a suitable scale. Write the scale on the graph.
Draw the columns of the histogram according to the values presented in the table.
Put a title for the histogram: the Y of (for) X.
