Then what are the advantages of this service that makes many people use? There are three main advantages that we found. The first big advantage of express delivery service is that the service can proceed quickly non-face-to-face! You may think it’s too obvious, but it’s a blessing to order what you need easily without space constraints and get it less than a day later. In situations where non face-to-face demands such as Covid 19, this advantages can stand out more. The Second advantage is job creation and development of the local economy. Originally, when companies and factories are built, jobs are increased and the local economy can be developed. That’s a basic economic common sense. But the express delivery service companies need more jobs. Because these companies have to operate logistics centers and do delivery 24hours a day. The three-shift system which derived from this system and graveyard shift system are not easily accessible. However these systems make lots of jobs that people can easily access are created and this job creation can naturally develop of the local economy. The third advantage is the growth of merchants who are far from consumers. For these reasons, merchants who sold fruits increased their sales more than 10 times using express delivery services, and merchants who sold sushi recorded sales more than 30 times higher than before using this service. As a result of checking the percentage of positive and negative sentimental words related to the express delivery services on SNS surveyed by the Market Economy Newspaper, the percentage of positive sentimental words accounted for 72.4 percent on Instagram.
