Introduction a2zShare ● Purpose: This document describes the software requirements and specifications of a2zShare. ● Audience: The document is for Users, Coders, Designers, Testers and are assumed to have the basic knowledge of databases, DFDs and React. ● Project Scope: Nowadays remote working for IT professionals and Online/Remote education for students is very common. After the covid pandemic the number of remote workers and online students are increased. Project Description a2zShare ● Perspective: The project is aimed for the remote workers that need file sharing frequently and the students that are learning in online or virtual mode. ● Features: o File Upload: User can Upload file from anywhere. o Sending E-mail: User can send the generated link after uploading file into email. o Generating QR code: The QR code will be generated after uploading file, User can directly scan the QR to directly get the uploaded file. o File Download: User can download the file by pasting link in browser or scanning the QR code. ● Operating Environment: a2zShare ⮚ Need internet connection. ⮚ Must have browser in device. ⮚ Internet speed should be decent. ● Implementation Constraints: ⮚ File Size limitations: File size will be limited for good user experience and to prevent excessive use of resources. ⮚ Security Measures: The project will deal with user file so will try to implement security measures. ⮚ API integration: Third party API may be used for sending emails, generating QR codes, and storing files in the cloud. ⮚ Browser compatibility: The project will be compatible for nearly all the modern web browsers. 3.
